At Strength and Poise Pilates, I offer Reformer and mat Pilates classes designed for all fitness levels. Classes can be individual or in small groups, ensuring personalized attention and support.
As a personal trainer and certified Pilates instructor, I collaborate with each client to understand their fitness goals and customise their Pilates program accordingly.
I believe Pilates is transformative. By concentrating on core strength, flexibility, and controlled movements, Pilates significantly enhances posture and overall movement efficiency. It aids in performing daily activities, boosts athletic performance, and complements other strength training regimens.
Strength and Poise Pilates is located in a beautifully renovated studio at my home in Farrer. There is parking, a separate customer entrance and spacious interiors, ensuring a comfortable and convenient visit. Personal training is available in an adjoining gym.
Beginners will learn the fundamentals of Pilates and build a strong foundation.
Those experienced in Pilates will build strength and flexibility while working on more complex movements that will take your Pilates practice to the next level.
As a personal trainer, I will work closely with you to create a Pilates program that suits your requirements and fitness goals.
Get personalized attention and guidance with private Pilates sessions or small group training with a maximum class size of 4.
Strength and Poise Pilates offers classes in person in a dedicated studio at my home in Farrer.
Mat Pilates classes can also be undertaken online via video conference or at your home or workplace.
The reformer is an amazingly versatile piece of equipment offering a full body workout. Exercises can be easily tailored to ability level. It is also a fun way to experience movement.
Exercising on the mat is a very mindful way to experience Pilates. Precision is emphasized and there is lots of variety included with props and progressions.
Strength and Poise Pilates has a small but well-equipped gym where one-on-one personal training is offered.
Pilates is a low-impact exercise that can be a great way for seniors to stay active and improve their overall health and well-being. I have experience working with seniors and can help you modify exercises to meet your specific needs.
